Which pages carry affiliate links
Only the online section and its three state pages carry affiliate links: West Virginia, New Jersey and Michigan. These are the three states where online casino play and online race betting are both legal and covered here. Each operator link on those pages is marked as sponsored and leaves through a redirect.
Venue pages, state pages, the guides, the racino map and both simulators carry no paid placement. No racetrack or land-based casino pays to appear in the directory or to be described in a particular way, and every venue is listed whether or not anyone holds a commercial relationship with it.
How a commission works
When a visitor follows an operator link from one of the three online pages and then opens an account or makes a deposit, the operator may pay the site a fee. The fee is set by the operator’s affiliate program, not by the visitor, and it never changes the size of a bonus or the terms a player receives.
What commissions do not change
Operators on the online pages are licensed by the state regulator named on each page. Their order, the bonus details and the terms shown are taken from the operators’ published offers and checked against them. A commission does not buy a better description, a higher position, a softer summary of the terms or removal of a drawback from a page.
How offers are checked
Offer details on the online pages come from each operator’s own promotions page and full terms, and the date of the last check is kept with every offer. Operators change bonuses often, sometimes monthly, so the operator’s site always has the final word. When an offer listed here no longer matches the operator’s terms, the listing is corrected.
Online race betting
The online pages also list advance-deposit wagering services, the licensed apps that take bets on horse races across the country. These are separate from online casinos and are licensed differently, often by a state racing commission rather than a gaming board. Links to them follow the same rules: sponsored, redirected, and never placed in exchange for a better description.
No sponsored articles
Racinos.us does not publish sponsored articles, paid reviews or guest posts from operators, venues or agencies. Every guide and venue page is written by the editorial desk from public sources and is not shown to the business it describes before publication. Offers to buy coverage or links are declined, whatever the amount, because they would change what the site is.
Advertising disclosure
We provide advertising services and may not include all operators. Promotions and bonus offers are subject to each operator’s Terms & Conditions, including eligibility, wagering, and withdrawal requirements. You must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction. This site does not provide customer support for operator services. Please review all applicable restrictions.
Who can use the operators
Online casinos in West Virginia, New Jersey and Michigan accept only players who are 21 or older and physically inside the state while they play. Operators confirm both with identity checks and location software. Visitors from other states can read the pages, but they cannot open an account or play until they are within a state that permits it.
Gambling responsibly
If you or someone you know has a gambling problem and wants help, call 1-800-GAMBLER. Every licensed operator offers deposit, time and loss limits in its account settings, and each of the three states runs a self-exclusion program. More options, including state helplines, are on the responsible gambling page of this site.
Questions
Questions about this disclosure, a listing or a link can be sent to [email protected]. The desk cannot help with player accounts, deposits, withdrawals or disputes, which belong with the operator and, if unresolved, with the state regulator named on each online page. Corrections to an offer or an operator’s license status are checked and made promptly.
