What to write about
- A fact on a venue or state page that is wrong or out of date
- A racino that has opened, closed, been sold or renamed
- A change to a racing season, post time or signature race
- A broken link or a page that does not display properly on your device
- A question about how a guide or one of the simulators works
When reporting a correction, it helps to include the page address and, where possible, a link to an official source such as the track’s website or the state racing commission. Corrections are checked against a reliable source before a page is changed, and the review date on the page is updated when the change goes live.
Venue operators and press
Racetracks and casinos can use the same address to report a new restaurant, an expanded gaming floor, a hotel opening or a change to the racing calendar. Coverage is not for sale and pages are not shown to venues before publication, but accurate information from a venue’s own team is checked and used like any other source.
What the site cannot help with
Racinos.us is a guide, not a venue or a betting operator. It cannot answer questions about a player account, a wager, a payout, a jackpot, a loyalty card or a dispute with a racetrack or casino. Those go to the venue’s guest services or, if unresolved, to the state gaming regulator or racing commission named on the relevant state page.
The site also does not take bookings for hotels, shows or restaurants at any venue. Use the venue’s own website or phone line, listed in the facts box on each venue page.
