None. The site does not use cookies to count visitors, to remember you between visits or to show you advertising. It does not use browser storage to follow you around the site either.
Third parties
Two kinds of third-party requests can happen while you use the site:
Map tiles. When the racino map scrolls into view, your browser fetches map images from OpenStreetMap’s tile servers. OpenStreetMap does not set advertising cookies, and its handling of these requests, including the IP address your browser sends with them, is described in the OpenStreetMap Foundation’s own privacy policy. Pages without the map make no such request.
Linked websites. Venue websites and, on the online pages for West Virginia, New Jersey and Michigan, licensed operators set their own cookies. An operator may use a cookie to record that your visit came from Racinos.us, which is how an affiliate commission is attributed. Those cookies follow the operator’s own policy, worth reading before opening an account.
Managing cookies
Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies, either for all websites or for one site at a time, under its privacy or site settings. Blocking cookies has no effect on how Racinos.us works. On operator websites, blocking cookies may stop features such as logging in.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because the site does not track visitors in the first place, a Do Not Track setting or a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser changes nothing about how it behaves: there is no tracking to switch off and no personal information to opt out of selling or sharing. Both signals are welcome, and you do not need to send them.
