Bally’s Corporation and Gamesys
Bally’s Corporation grew from a Rhode Island casino operator into a national group with properties in several states. In 2021 it bought Gamesys, a British online casino company, and that business now operates the online sites, with the New Jersey footer naming Gamesys US LLC as the company that runs the site under the Atlantic City permit.
The online casino first appeared in New Jersey as Bally Casino, reported as live in early 2022 under Bally’s Atlantic City. It now carries the Bally Bet name shared with the company’s sportsbook. One app holds the sportsbook and the casino, with separate lobbies inside, and a player moves between them without a second login.
Bally Bet casino legal states
Online casino games are legal in New Jersey, Michigan and West Virginia, the three legal states this guide covers, but Bally Bet Casino holds approval in New Jersey only. The $500 refund on a first deposit
The welcome offer is a refund rather than a match. A new player deposits at least $10 and wagers it on slots; if the deposit is lost, Bally Bet returns the losses as bonus money up to $500. New Jersey says up to $500 back after wagering the first deposit, paid as bonus money with a playthrough attached.

PayPal withdrawals need a PayPal deposit first, and the most recent debit card used becomes the default withdrawal route for Visa Direct or Mastercard Send.
